We had a lovely stay at Inn The Pines. Ellie checked us in and out, and she was absolutely wonderful — very happy, kind, and always smiling. She made us feel truly welcome from the moment we arrived. We really appreciated the discount for the hot springs. The location is convenient, just a short drive to the hot springs. Our upstairs room was very clean and quite spacious, which we loved. The only small downside was that we could hear the neighbors next to us a little bit and some cars passing by. Overall, a very nice stay with friendly service and a great location!
The room was clean and cozy! The towels were really nice. I loved the little heater in the bathroom wall. Property was beautiful.

Incredible spot to spend a night. The room was huge, spotless and had all the amenities needed for a good stay including plenty of towels for the amazing shower, a well-stocked keurig for morning coffee, fridge, microwave and TV. The beds were comfy with the softest linens, and the area around the hotel was so quiet despite being right off the highway. I had the best sleep here! The front desk attendant was so friendly and the check in process was a breeze. I wish I had stayed here longer and would consider it again if I come back to Idaho City.
Great experience! Staff was very helpful. Room was very clean and plenty of space. Definitely recommend. Only issue was no espn via directv. It is football/basketball season. But that's being picky.
We stayed Inn the Pines after spending the evening at the springs. The service desk was extremely friendly and helpful. She welcomed us and gave us a full rundown. The room was very clean and comfortable with a host of amenities and it was very quiet being off the side of the highway. It had snowed at night and when we came out the workers had shoveled walkways to everyone’s vehicles. Is definitely recommend staying in the pines if you want a night away or just finished enjoying your time at the springs.
Nice quaint rooms with simple amenities. The area is very cool the old cemetery is a must. The hotel is more a less a no frills but quite nice stay. Great for an anniversary or something of that nature. The star gazing is amazing with chairs on your porch.
We were so impressed with this quaint hotel in Idaho City. The linens were better than high end hotels and it was so clean warm and comfortable. We will definitely be back.
